Social and Emotional Learning
There is no separation of mind and emotions; emotions, thinking, and learning are all linked. — Eric Jensen
Our social and emotional learning program is based on the idea that the best learning takes place in a nurturing environment with supportive teachers where learning is challenging, engaging, and meaningful.
Second Step: Building Social-Emotional Skills for Success
What is Second Step?
Second Step is a comprehensive social-emotional learning (SEL) program designed to help students develop the skills they need to thrive in school and in life.
