  • Campers are to bring a lunch daily.
  • Camp hours are 8:30-5:00 daily.  
  • Camp fees are due at the time of registration.
  • Camp fees increase $100 per session for registration within 5 days prior to the start.

With my signature below; I agree to pay the camp fees in accordance with the fee schedule above. I understand that there is a fee of $35.00 for EFT bank returns. All students must be signed out each day on the school’s sign-out sheets. Camp fees are due at the time of registration. Camp fees are refundable and or transferable up to May 1, 2022 for all sessions. After May 1, 2022 and up to 2 weeks prior to the start of each session there is a $100 cancellation/transfer fee. You may only transfer to another session as space is available up to 2 weeks prior to the start of each session. NO REFUNDS or TRANSFERS to other sessions will be made within 2 weeks prior to the start of each session.

BOA Camp Health and Safety Policies:

 

  • Group size will be limited to 20-24 campers. Campers will remain solely with their stable group and dedicated teachers. Groups will not interact or combine during the camp day including outdoor recess times.
  • Camp will run from 8:30-5:00pm daily.
  • Face Coverings – Required at all times unless eating, drinking or taking a break as deemed necessary by the teacher. All BOA campers will bring their personal face mask with them each day to campus. Please keep a spare in your child's backpack. Face coverings should be cleaned daily or replaced with a fresh face covering.
  • Students will use the drop-off zone on Merry Moppet Lane as all camp groups will be located in the new lower elementary building. Drop-off will be from 8:30am-9:00am. Please do your best to have your camper arrive during this window as the drop off station will close at 9:00 am. You must call the office if your child will be arriving late.
  • Parents/caregivers are to remain in their car as students are checked-in and temperature and wellness checks are conducted. Fever is defined as any temperature 100F and above.
  • Parents/caregivers will be permitted to leave once staff has confirmed that their student is healthy and able to attend camp for the day.
  • Students will be instructed to wash their hands upon arrival to their classroom, multiple times throughout the day, including prior to snack and lunch, and prior to pick-up.
  • Students will be picked up at the drop-off zone on Merry Moppet Lane between 4:40-5:00pm. Parents/caregivers are to remain in their car as students will be called and brought to you upon your arrival.
  • Each camper will be provided their own pencil bag which will include all the necessary items for their activities. Each student will keep their pencil bag in their assigned desk and will take home with them at the end of each session. Assigned desks will be placed 3 ft. apart to provide proper distancing in the classroom.
  • Students are to bring a backpack with their lunch, snacks (AM/PM) and a water bottle daily as well as any personal items that they will need such as a jacket or sweater. Lunch will NOT be provided.
  • Teachers and on-site maintenance staff will be cleaning and sanitizing all common use areas multiple times daily. Bathrooms will be cleaned mid-day as usual. A deep cleaning of the entire campus will be conducted by our janitorial service at the end of the day when students and staff have gone home.
  • If you, your child, or family member living in your household is exposed to Covid-19, you must alert the school immediately by calling 650-593-6175 or email at covid@mmboa.org if after hours.

Sick Policy:

If your child is sent home with symptoms of sickness (fever, coughing, shortness of breath, rash), they are not to return to school unless directed by a doctor with a doctor’s note.

  • A 48 hour symptom free policy will remain in place for vomiting and diarrhea.
